Blytung og hjertefølt rock med en toppet spiseskje folk rock (Leaden and heartfelt rock flavoured with a tablespoon of folk rock) – That´s what they promised, and yet that´s what they delivered! Blodsmak got their audience going wild at their concert at DRIV on the 1st September.
Kryp and Daisy Cutters opened the concert and warmed up the audience in DRIV´s Isbjørnhallen. Blodsmak, whose performance was completely passionate, by the way, opened their gig with a mystic choir and a sudden metal-suited BANG, and perfectly and instantly hit the taste of their audience. Even though the crowd was quite small, the musicians did their best to cheer up their fans, which is not easy (since the majority of attendants were Norwegian), and pretty much succeeded. It felt almost like having a concert right in your living room, since the atmosphere was cosy. Everyone got a chance to reach out, give the musicians a fist check and feel the heat of self-made pyro effects. Of course, they also stayed for a chat after their performance, even sneaked in and were around the audience in their ‘’civil disguise’’, while other groups were performing. So, if you once get a chance to see these awesome guys on stage, I highly recommend you not to let it slip by!
